Miso Tahini Dressing

This dressing is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, oil-free, and refined sugar-free!

INGREDIENTS 

¼ cup tahini

¼ cup water

1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

2 tablespoons white miso paste

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Zest of 1 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
